AREAS OF PRACTICE:
Johnson Dunn, a veteran trial attorney, concentrates his practice in Civil Litigation and Domestic Relations Law.
In his litigation practice Johnson has helped area residents and businesses protect their property rights, settle contract disputes, and defend their rights under wills and trusts.
Johnson also maintains a strong family law practice helping couples and individuals through divorce, custody modifications, and child support issues.
PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES:
Johnson is a member of the Oregon State Bar’s Litigation, Family Law and Government Law Sections.
Prior to joining Wyers and Haskell, Johnson served for a number of years as a Deputy District Attorney both here in the Gorge and in Portland, where he honed his skills as trial attorney and advocate.
Johnson has also served as political and legislative consultant, advising winning campaigns for state office and helping craft bills to address victim’s rights and to improve the environment.
CIVIC ACTIVITIES:
Johnson volunteers his legal services to Haven from Domestic Violence, in The Dalles and has been active in numerous organizations advocating for the rights and protection of victims of violent crime. Johnson also volunteers with the Hood River Teen Court as judge and instructor.
